Chris Hong is a Master’s student in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Minnesota, where she also received her BS in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management. She is originally from Anchorage and Los Angeles but has lived in beautiful Minneapolis for 14 years.
She is a year-round bike commuter and a fierce advocate for walking and cycling infrastructure. In her free time, Chris enjoys eating dessert, going on long, aimless walks and doing house chores while listening to podcasts.
What’s your favorite type of community engagement activity?
Bringning people together through food.

My hometown – Koreatown in Los Angeles
