Chris Hong is an Associate Planner based in the Minneapolis office. A year-round bike commuter, she is passionate about creating environments safe for cyclists and pedestrians. She is particularly interested in finding creative solutions to tailored to local, neighborhood level issues. Chris completed her master’s degree in urban and regional planning at the University of Minnesota and worked as a graduate planning intern at Asakura Robinson during her final year. She received her B.S. in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management. Chris is originally from Anchorage and Los Angeles but has lived in beautiful Minneapolis for 14 years.
In her free time, Chris enjoys eating dessert, going on long, aimless walks and doing house chores while listening to podcasts.
What’s your favorite type of community engagement activity?
Bringing people together through food.
