Mandi is a Human Resources Assistant with a SHRM-CP certification. Her love of human resources was born from a desire to find balance and justice in all things, including but not limited to work and social life, the needs of the company and the needs of the people, and her dessert plate. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a minor in English. Her favorite pastime is updating work systems to be more efficient, user friendly, and fair. She’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and HR Houston. If you’re unlucky enough, you can catch Mandi reading pieces from her book “Bad Poems (but I’m hoping no one notices)” at an open mic night on the weekends. As a born and raised Houstonian, she is excited to see how projects at Asakura Robinson positively affect her community and come to life in the city around her.
