Hayley Pallister is a Managing Principal with a core focus on business administration. She manages all aspects of accounting, human resources and day-to-day operations for the firm and works closely with leadership to develop and nurture Asakura Robinson’s branding and reputation within the industry. She immigrated to Houston in 1994 from southeast England and soon developed an administrative position for a local landscape architecture firm into a passionate career marketing within the building industry. Inspired by outdoor educational opportunities for her son, and the growing awareness of the green building industry in Houston, her passion is constantly charged by the overwhelming and successful level of work being performed by grassroots organizations within the region.
Outside of the office, Hayley has held leadership roles with the AIA COTE Gulf Coast Green Symposium and the Society of Marketing Professional Services, Houston Chapter. A personal interest in organic gardening and urban agriculture led Hayley to receive her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2008 and she is currently advocating for all Houston regional environmental organizations as a former board member and current advisor of the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition.
