Joshua is a Houston native and a licensed Landscape Architect whose work is guided by a deep appreciation for environments that foster connection and community. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, with a minor in Architecture and Art, from Texas Tech University, which continues to influence his design perspective and interdisciplinary approach to creating thoughtful, human-centered spaces.
Joshua’s professional experience spans multifamily communities, on-structure landscapes, hospital campuses, school campuses, and a variety of public and private projects. Collaboration is at the heart of his process, and with a strong background in construction administration and project management, he brings clarity, coordination, and practicality to every phase of a project. His design interests include edible and healing landscapes, food systems, play spaces, and community-centered environments that promote wellbeing, exploration, and everyday interaction.
When he’s not in the design studio, Joshua is usually outdoors hiking or camping, exploring national parks, or checking out museums and performance events. He also enjoys hands-on hobbies like woodworking and gardening and loves any excuse to get out on a motorcycle.
