Patrick is a landscape architect who is passionate about what happens in the space between our built environment and nature and how to make that space accessible to everyone.  Patrick grew up in southern Maryland, where he spent most of his time outside camping, canoeing, and working on his grandmother’s farm.  He left the East Coast to study landscape architecture at Texas A&M University and settled in Texas after graduation.

Patrick has been working as a landscape architect in Austin since 1996, but the projects he has worked on have been all over the state as well as in other states including Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi, Colorado, and Georgia.  His project experience includes planned communities, cemeteries, parks, long-term care, resort spas, hotels, retail shops, office complexes, corporate headquarters, and private residences.  When he is not working he still likes to camp and canoe.  He also enjoys mountain biking, oil painting, and hanging out with his family.
