Sofia is a senior Urban Studies student at The University of Texas at Austin with a deep interest in the intersection of accessibility and public space. Born and raised in San Antonio, she is eager to learn how to connect a city through green space and walkable infrastructure. During her time at the university, she has enjoyed research in park deficiency, surveillance, and larger themes of sociology and landscape architecture. Sofia spends her free time relaxing in nearby parks, collecting and listening to CDs, and shopping for vintage furniture and secondhand clothing.
