With her experience working for the City of Houston, she is excited to continue planning and engaging in the unique and diverse setting of Houston.

She completed her Masters of Urban Planning and Bachelors of Sustainable Urban Environments at New York University. Tamara is originally from Tokyo, and has lived in London, New York, and Los Angeles before moving to Houston.
